      Compensation was decent, nothing else

      Cons

      People were not helpful, teamwork does not exist, management was very poor, work was loaded on without any guidance or direction.

      Pros

      Fully remote but able to work with a very smart team. Direct manager is helpful when issues come up. Overall the implementation team is one of the best teams I have worked for.

      Many projects going on and clients can be hard to manage
