Pros

Fully remote but able to work with a very smart team. Direct manager is helpful when issues come up. Overall the implementation team is one of the best teams I have worked for.

Cons

Many projects going on and clients can be hard to manage

Pros

Came in as a new graduate. Working here has so far been a great experience. The culture is great and the coworkers are very nice and helpful. Everyone at WebSan has a team mindset, we help each other and work together to satisfy our clients. You are not alone when you work here, you become a member of the family almost immediately. Management is very professional, but friendly and open minded. They keep everyone in the loop with how the companies doing and what we can all do together to be successful, innovative and ahead of the game. They consider your personal and career goals, and help you accomplish them by creating a plan and providing you with tasks, projects and initiatives to help you focus on those goals and advise you on where you can improve to succeed. The greatest pro however has been the learning experience. As a new graduate you can be a sponge absorbing all you can to make the most of your career and WebSan does not disappoint. You gain an incredible amount of technical knowledge but you also gain skills in communication, teamwork, business and strategic management, efficiency and many more vital areas to truly vamp your professional profile. Each day has a new problem to solve or project to finish so you really get to push yourself to the limit and raise those limits over time. Pay is decent, hours are flexible, you get full benefits and a few additional perks (like a gym).

Cons

There is a lot to learn with the technologies they use and there can sometime be a lot of pressure to satisfy clients but I think that's part of the learning experience to really build your technical and interpersonal abilities. There is a lot of work to do as well, you'll hardly find yourself having a day with nothing to do. If you don't like that then this place isn't for you but if you like to keep yourself busy and challenge yourself then I can recommend this place.
