Any issues that have come up have been seen as building blocks to improve. It's a wonderful place to work, and any "cons" are far and few between.

WebPunch is by far the best job I have ever had. The company takes the time to focus on the skills of each individual and make sure everyone's skills and potential are recognized. I love the flexible schedule, working from home, and being close to my family. The work is fun and engaging and you see the results of what you do actually helping clients. Opportunities seem endless, and help is always a quick call or email away. More than anything the company really feels like a family, constantly working together and going above and beyond for one another.

Its hard to think of cons, with a company I consider family and work I love more than anything I've ever done. There is some stress with the work at times, but honestly its very manageable. I would like a raise, because I've never gotten one, but I'm also ok staying where I am because I love the company and work so so much.
