Great to work with - Anonymous employee WebPlanex Employee Review

Been with WEB PLANEX for 6 months as far now. But never felt bored. There's always a curiosity in this company for new projects. Always Get to learn New things every now and then. The satisfaction where I found is , every employee here is independent of his own. And there is always a room for every One whether Junior or senior to express His thoughts which WEB PLANEX gracefully accepts and try to implement. There's massive coordination among everyone out here...Management and Directors are also technical person who can help to find out technical issues.

There are No Cons as such apart from common one, project deadlines, which is again part and parcel for every company.

If you want to push up your carrier then there is nor reason to join here.

- No value for commitment - When you have follow their rules but they will not follow their own rule - Company policy can changed if you are in fault - They are only think about how to use people - They feel like employees are Slaves and they are Kings. - They tried to copy many brands company but they don't have such a maturity. - No appreciation at all because they think if they do then they have to increase salary for it. - They give water and tea for whole day and they think they beneficence on employee There are so many cos I cant list out everything here but it is not office but jail.
