Pros

- High learning curve - Good culture

Cons

- Very high workloads, especially when using time tracking tools that violate your privacy and keeps you always under their vision - Awful management, especially the CEO, a very flattery person who doesn't respect the company structure, always afraid of confrontation, you will always hear someone that tells you that the CEO needs something or he tells you some news. Still, he will never tell you something directly in your face. - Expect to be overlayed any time if the CEO doesn't like you. - Overlays are unfair without any criteria, it is always their fault because they only accept someone if he accepts a lower offer. Even if he is not qualified. - Your work and effort will never be appreciated, you will only be thanked if they need something from you.
