First and foremost, you can rest easy knowing that we do *NOT* say we're like a family. ;) But seriously, we have a great work environment with an understanding of work/life balance. I know this is a cliche, but this is my first employer where we genuinely work hard and play hard. We also have an awesome team who get along with each other well. The leadership is very understanding as they have built this business with their own time in the same work we do. They're very transparent and supportive - they're genuinely great people and they "get it". Benefits are solid - including a healthy amount of flexible remote time (40hr/m).

I will say the work is tough. There are always a LOT of things going on, so this place is not for someone who can't handle constantly being on a time crunch. But it's very rewarding to be directly impactful for other businesses!

WebMarkets is in a serious growth phase and working on new, exciting products and services. The leadership team is serious about investing in bringing in the best people to make sure the current team has every opportunity to grow along with the company. Everyone has the autonomy to take ownership in their role without micromanagement. There's also so many different skillsets that it offers lots of opportunities for collaboration. Using the Culture Index empowers everyone to know their own strengths and personality traits that make them great in their role, as well as how to best relate to others on the team.

Agency work is not for the faint of heart. Client expectations can vary drastically and change frequently. You have to be able to change mindsets and "wear different hats" multiple times per day to work on various client accounts. But if you love variety or get bored easily, that's not really a bad thing.
