Pros
The culture of the workplace is healthy and fun. The managers do not believe in micro-managing. Coworkers are all lovely. You get to have beautiful conversations with employees each day, helping them achieve a healthier version of themselves, what ever they want to achieve.
Cons
The pay. Mostly just the pay. It is not competitive. In this economy, it's a stretch to even say it's livable.
