HR is completely disconnected from anything human. Management is just as bad if not worse. They deflect blame, play mind games, and take zero accountability, throwing employees under the bus to protect themselves. There’s no real concern for people here, despite all the talk about health. In reality, priorities lean toward profit and outside interests over employees and users. If you value your integrity and well-being, this is not a place to work.
