They are flexible with employees in terms of time and ability to work remotely. The teams are young with fresh ideas and good personalities.
Cons
Depending on which team you work on employees can be too hierarchical and it's too easy for people who don't much to get pay exorbitant salaries while other team members who do the bulk of the work or considerably underpaid.
