Pros

-Small company so everyone is treated well and all opinions are considered -On site programmers that work with you to make sure every aspect of your work is efficient and helpful for you -Friendly team, and exceptional owners who put the employees needs above their own (need any time off or any supplies they will without hesitation approve) -No overtime or weekend hours worked -100% paid benefits, flexible work hours, gym membership, and healthy snack options provided -Competitive salary with chances of job expansion, raises, and promotions -Amazing location in the heart of Downtown San Diego Overall, this is a great company. The owners really go above and beyond to make every employee feel valued and their main attitude towards life and work is that there should be a equal work life balance...coming from a previous job with 10-15 hours of overtime a week, WebListers is perfect in regards to not allowing overtime or weekend work hours.

Cons

-Due to the small team, things can get slightly overwhelming if too many hands are in the pot There is huge room for growth here so adding to the team is a necessity!

Pros

I've thoroughly enjoyed working at Weblisters! The team is collaborative, and there’s a strong emphasis on support and personal development. Weblisters offers a flexible, remote work environment, which has helped me balance my workload and personal life effectively. Leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in each team member’s success, offering regular feedback and opportunities to grow. The company encourages learning, and I’ve been able to expand my technical and customer support skills here. If you’re looking for a role that combines flexibility, a supportive team, and growth potential, WebListers is a great choice!

Cons

Limited Advancement in Some Roles: While WebListers offers growth in skill-building, advancement opportunities within certain roles may feel limited without regular role evaluations or additional training programs.

Pros

They pay 100% of the health insurance premiums. You receive 2 weeks vacation at the beginning of the year without having to accrue it. The view from the office is really cool. They don't ask for you to work weekends or after hours. When you're off the clock, you're off the clock.

Cons

Things have been getting progressively worse at this company. It started as a casual, productive environment. Now it's turned into punching time clocks and none of the non-owner staff feels motivated or challenged. There is no managerial direction and no documentation on how things were built. Of the four partner/owners, the president will lie to you a lot and the others are either way too intense, burned out, or only looking out for the company's interests. There are promises for personal growth and advancement, but in reality it never happens. They ask you to perform work that is outside of the scope of what you were hired for without offering training.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that your experience was not as great as you had hoped it would be. We pride ourselves on creating a place where people love to come in to work and promote collaborative team synergy. One of our core values is that every position in the company is an ideal fit for the person in that position. Unfortunately, sometimes the position someone is initially hired for ends up not being a good fit. We always strive to find a good match in other roles if possible. We're sorry that we were not able to find a good fit for you within our company. We wish you luck and success!
