Overall a good experience so far - Social Media Analyst WebFX Employee Review

Not going to sugarcoat it - the work is hard and the expectations are real. But the flip side is you actually learn things and move up if you perform. I went from jr to sr in a reasonable timeframe because the progression path is transparent and based on merit. FXLearns certifications, ongoing training, solid coaching. The office perks are a cherry on top - snacks, coffee, gym, standing desks. The StemFX scholarship program and charity initiatives make you feel like the work matters beyond revenue.

The pace is fast and you can fall behind if you don't focus. There's a lot of change - new tools, new processes, new initiatives rolling out constantly. Adapting is part of the job. I'd also say client work can be draining depending on who you're working with. Some clients are great, others... less so.

Wow! So many pro's,..Where do I start? Gotta say that the people here that I get to work with are just amazing. Each day I look forward to being here with them and overcoming any challenge together. At day one the positivity and care shown to myself, for each other, for our clients and for the common goal of the company is evident. Powered by positivity isn't just a slogan here, but a way of life that is infectious. That starts with a vision and great leadership from the top down. From the first tour through our campus, to our team celebrations and to our amazing company wide events I have been treated like family. All of this is located on a beautiful campus overlooking the Susquehanna river here in Central Pa. If your looking for a place that feels more than just a workplace and to be who you are. Speaking for myself it is the very best place I could have ever asked for employment and it feels like home.
