      Pros

      All pros mentioned are a distant dream now: 1. Learning opportunity 2. Freedom to work 3. Good people. The rating which are positive are mostly ones which are from the time immemorial, it's a trap now.

      Cons

      1. No space for creativity 2. Boss/Manager's think they know everything but they don't(You know nothing of the industry) 3. Negative environment, not suitable to work in for even a day. 4. Product is buggy and not market ready. People leave the company in days, and yes don't believe people saying they have fired employees, all stories and delusions. Managers are made at their own whims(needless to say not capable).

      Pros

      > Before even having your 1st day of onboarding there is a catchup call with the manager which is a good way to welcome people and make them fell personally interested. > You will get a beautiful welcoming kit with many goodies which is useful for your day to day work life. >Helpful nature of your coworkers will make your first few weeks in webengage smoothly.

      Cons

      >They have a training plan placed which we should follow which is of reading and watching a lot of things. which makes the process bit boring, but the training plan is continuously changing and they take feedback every week on how to improve it.

      Values Process implementation Welcoming new ideas Flat hierarchy

      Cons

      Can feel disconnected when there are no discussions from the stakeholders on the company's vision, and wouldn't know what we are working towards. Hopefully, end of remote work might resolve this disconnect.
