Internal Mobility: The company truly values your career path. I’ve personally transitioned into a Developer role, and the support during that shift was incredible. Cross-functional Collaboration: There is a deep understanding of the product across all teams. You aren’t just a "cog in the machine"; you understand the why behind what you are building. Ownership: You get a lot of autonomy. If you’re proactive, there’s no limit to the impact you can have on the product.
Cons
Fast-Paced Environment: The "startup" energy is still very much alive, which means things move fast. It can be intense at times, so you need to be good at managing your own bandwidth. Learning Curve: Because the product is so deep and sophisticated, it takes a bit of time to fully wrap your head around the entire ecosystem when you first join.
