The Pros I can list out are: - You get to work on latest technologies. - You are not a number in the team and are allowed to contribute at each level. - You get a chance to know WHY something is being developed so that you can contribute more effectively. - The Company fulfills the promises it makes. - Ideal for people ready to work hard and prepare a solid foundation for their career. - Decisions regarding employees are not taken as per the balance sheet of the Company and team members are not fired if a Client or Project is lost.

Some of the cons I have observed are: - Strict discipline needs to be followed. - Not for people who are fond of fancy offices.

Webdirekt is a good Company to work with especially for Freshers since you can develop a solid base. They work in pure OOPS concepts and best technologies in JAVA and C#. Moreover all Projects are from EUROPE and there is always something new to learn from International Projects compared to local Projects

Being a small Company you have to compromise with the work place.
