Pros

Fully stocked kitchen, and flexible work arrangements.

Cons

Leadership at times seems to not know how to treat employees or execute change in an effective manner. Multiple changes in 2024 have made it a less and less desirable place to work. Total reorganization and change of programs managed for almost everyone team member. Work loads increasing for all! Pay doesn’t keep up with inflation. No sick time, you use vacation for that or just work anyway. Busy work, yes you can count on that by the boat load. To many duplicative and inefficient processes over whelm team members. Quality people leaving for being overworked. Newer department Senior leaders micro managing work effort and overly critical of any/all presentation or reports produced. The input some leadership provides, doesn’t add value and is only to the individuals personal taste. When it’s your turn to present, prepare to be bullied and ridiculed by leadership in front of all your peers from various teams across the bank.

Pros

Excellent executive management team. They listen.

Cons

It seems like there have been quite a few people who have left voluntarily or involuntarily. It can be frustrating to see so many people leave without understanding common themes on why they leave.

Pros

Opportunities to interact with Bank senior leaders in natural engagements as simple as lunches to staff meetings to professional calls with strategic partners. Opportunities to work with smart people who value what you bring to the company. Opportunities to interact in parent company promotions in addition to WebBank initiatives. A fully stocked freezer, drink cooler, soda fountain, water station and free or low-cost lunches on Wednesdays. Encouragement to participate in impactful community service initiatives. Equitable pay.

Cons

No company is perfect. WebBank culture is not for everyone. It is a place where you work hard, and in some jobs that effort is seen more than in others. As the company grows the expectations grow. For some people that is a red flag, but for most that's an accepted fact.
