Pros

None to speak of. Free beer and pizza on Fridays and the occasional candy bar. Nothing else to mention, just read the cons.

Cons

- Horrible working conditions. The “office” is a shed, leaky roof. Horrible bathrooms and almost no meeting rooms. - Lacks basic working tools. Pure chaos and not in a good way. No phones of any kind on the premises. - People attrition/turnover is through the roof. People leave in droves, upward of 15 employees can leave in a given month. - No HR, horrible salaries and no career progression of any kind. They just expect people to leave before any talks can take place. - No trips to the conferences except to the Web Summit itself where you have to share a room with 3 other people in a horrible hostel. - Toxic working environment, management completely out of touch with the pulse of the company. - Would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

Pros

the events and the people are great.

Cons

management is inexperienced. the company is in transition/growth mode and experiencing major growing pains. their track record of ending employee contracts abruptly without warning/reason/notice is insane. in the case of sales, they end all communication once you are out the door and don't pay out commissions owed (?!)

Pros

Struggling to find any, to be fair.

Cons

It's a boys club, and many of the propaganda spewed by the CEO is to use managers as tokens of diversity. Managers are ill-prepared, and will eventually push you out - no matter how well you perform. You will go far if you are a rule follower, but that's about it. The role is one of a call center - you are expected to take on 15-18 meetings a day for 20 minutes each only to be at the bottom of the company. Do not expect to be taken seriously if you are apart of the Startups team. Also, tenure in the company supersedes results.
