The office is a glorified shed #NoHR is a running joke, this should worry management a lot more than it does Not suitable for those with personal problems as there is no support No career path or guidance, and when I asked about where it would be possible to move up to I was lied to No stats so unsure of how you are performing Call centre atmosphere A lot of cloak and dagger - you never know when you'll be let go Favoritism from managers is rife Managers are young and inexperienced - which makes it impossible for them to offer you any advice or guidance. Or they know there is no point as their entire teams will quit or get fired within a year Intern program is a joke - these interns are being brought in to do the same job as the sales associates but with awful wages
