      There are very few companies out there that care about your growth. Web Strategy Viking is one of them. They know exactly what they want, will help you learn skills you don't have and work with you closely on the clients. It's less of a 'hey you work for me' situation and more of a 'hey let's collaborate and bring value to our clients'. That's how it should be. Everyone is professional, friendly and a go-getter. Also, the CEO is a sales savant and knows his stuff when it comes to closing. You'll learn how to close if you pay attention to what he does.

      Cons

      This isn't a place where you show up, get a paycheck and get out. If you want to make good money you have to go after projects and earn it.

      Pros

      Jake has a commitment to excellence and it shows that he truly cares and listens. I only spent a couple months doing an internship for Web Strategy Viking, but I learned an immense amount in that time and Jake was a great mentor and is very educated in SEO and really cares about individuals and organizations!

      Cons

      Some expectations and tasks were a little vague and some confusion but in this industry, it would be hard not to have a vague nature for some tasks also this is still a growing company that is taking on more clients and working out kinks on both the technical and sales portions.
