If you are an experienced sales professional this is probably not the place for you. You are selling job board solutions to employers but Web Scribble has a very small portfolio of job boards and will make your job very difficult. They go through VP of Sales about every 12-18 months once they realize the goals are not achievable with their below average product, they end up leaving. And they will all say they have great ideas to increase revenue but that ends up being laying off the sales reps to save them money. Web Scribble from the outside looks great but once you get “trained” it’s down hill from there. You may close one or two deals a month with very low commission rate. The majority of their job boards produce no results because no one visits them….they will have you make up numbers to tell employers to get them to buy. It’s a fools errand. They change their policies and procedures quite often and are always figuring out what to do as they go and call it “being scrappy”. It’s essentially a startup and you will be one of the Guinea pigs until they decide to change things up again. Yet they have been around for over 10 years …..They go through cycles of laying sales reps off so I would not say that this offers “job security” Overall I would not recommend this company as there are a lot more options with companies who are more put together and can help you grow your career. Don’t waste your time here…..
