If you want to work without salary, this is the best place!
Cons
If you ask your salary, you will lose your job. No leaves. (If you have enough experience in begging you might get one) Every day you will be asked to do overtime and even on Sundays you can expect a call. No notice period. You will have to work on almost all public holidays. If you are fired within completing 30 days, you won't get even a day's salary. If you resign from the job, you are very unlikely to get your pending salary, unless you are patient enough to follow it up everyday for at least a few months.
