- Only advantage is you will get a very friendly yet employer centric environment to work.

- No professionalism, work ethics or process to follow. - They will expect you to work 24*7 and then too will never feel you worthy enough. - They are not running a company they just want few people to work according to them 24*7. have no sympathy for their employees. - Even if you want to be transparent and share your problem with HR or the CEO they will directly start ranting as if it's a market not a company premises. - If you don't think twice before terminating your employee or his financial status, how could you expect employees to think for you before leaving the company.

I have worked with Web Hungers for more than 1.3 years and shifted to another city for personal reasons. It was a great learning curve and I found that this company has some really great projects and the development team is so strong.

The only cons I saw is that not everyone is able to deliver the kind of quality work client expected and sometimes there is work pressure of delivering the product on time. But this is part of the career.
