      its a scam guys dont fall for it.

      Cons

      Company demands a Bank Guarantee of ₹1,00,000 from selected candidates, locked for 38 months. This means you pay them just to work there and lose the money if you leave before 3 years. On top of that, the probation period is 12 months which is double the industry standard. This is a predatory practice targeting desperate freshers. Do NOT accept this offer or pay any amount. Report them on cybercrime.gov.in
