Pros

Exciting place to work, fast paced and super interesting. Even though there's a business to build, you're not forgotten about as a person. A really supportive and talented team to lean on and learn from.

Cons

As with most new businesses there's not always a process for what needs to be done, but as we grow it'll come.

Pros

Working at Weavr.io has been an incredible experience. As a Senior Mobile Engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech solutions while collaborating with a highly skilled and motivated team. A few key highlights: Innovative Projects: The company is at the forefront of embedded finance, and every project challenges me to think creatively and stay ahead in mobile development. Supportive Environment: Leadership genuinely cares about employees' growth and provides ample learning opportunities. There’s a culture of open communication where every voice is heard, and contributions are valued. Work-Life Balance: Weavr truly respects personal time, with flexible work arrangements that let you balance professional and personal priorities effectively. Team Culture: The team is collaborative, diverse, and inclusive. I’ve learned so much from my colleagues, and the camaraderie makes the work environment enjoyable and inspiring. Focus on Quality: There’s a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional products while maintaining clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases. As an engineer, this focus is incredibly fulfilling.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major. Like any growing company, there are moments where priorities can shift quickly, but the leadership team does a good job of maintaining clarity and direction.
