      young work atmosphere, work/life balance, junior entry salary

      Cons

      Learning curve is not high, I often get the feeling that nothing is really structured. All researches are "google based' and is it mostly what you are asked to as a Junior consultant. Lots of the assignments involve IT. Very few strategic assignments, mostly operational.
