Weave could be a great place to work, the culture is forced, micro managed by AI - Technical Support Weave Employee Review

Pros

Good product, Company lunches, remote work, stocked snack areas and beverage machines

Cons

High turnover, droves of new hires are brought in weekly, I have never seen anything like it! 100% AI monitoring, 1 minute late from break, your team lead or a supervisor will receive an alert and you will receive an occurrence, unplanned absence=occurrence, kid is sick=occurrence, need to get off because of an unexpected issue=occurrence. 4 occurrences and you are terminated. Inexperienced team leads are unable to provide actionable feedback for advancement, they do not listen to your calls or audit tickets, they have no real idea of the quality or amount of work performed by technicians; instead relying on AI metrics like # of tickets closed and time to close tickets, instead of quality of service.

Pros

Getting to work from home

Cons

This is a place that feels like high school. There are the "Cool kids" that kiss up and do nothing and don't get into trouble because all they do is kiss up. Management with the exception of a select few make you feel like if you do not kiss up to them they will be gunning for your job. It also put any career advancement opportunities in the drain. So much stress was put onto me from this position because I did not kiss up to people that I had to start therapy so I did not kill myself.
