Pros
Super supportive atmosphere, management was always willing to listen to feedback. Small, friendly company. Reasonable opportunity to cross-skill and move around different roles
Cons
Low salary compared to market rates In previous years, more in-office fun was had, with ping pong and a more open environment. Recently with expansion in a small office, it became much less "fun". Software development best practices are not really heard of. Strong procedures and code reviews need to be put in place.
