Pros
Decent pay if you're hired in. The work itself is very easy, and at times it can be enjoyable, its nice to reflect on the job you did and feel a sense of pride in it.
Cons
there's a lot to say, but management disregards any issues you have unless you're hired in, temp workers are treated as second class employees. Getting along with coworkers is essential as there isn't much of a management system to keep nasty behavior in check.
