1 or 2 nice staffs that make working here bearable

There is a particular Director that caused her own team to have high turnover rate. Abusing her own power because she has been there for a long time and it is likely she will remain there all the way until her retirement. Her role is supposedly people oriented but it seems that she likes to gossip about other Directors by calling them names and saying they are a horrible person. Shows more about her own character than anyone else. Worst Director I have ever worked for and she has planned for me to leave all according to her plan. No regrets leaving at all. Good riddance
