      Started with good people and interesting work.

      Management decisions and constant changes of direction made progress impossible and all the good people left or were fired for disagreeing with the management.

      Pros

      Genuinely interested in their people. Leadership is very approachable & actively encourages growth. There's a strong sense of collaboration and true teamwork within and across departments, which makes it a rewarding and engaging place to work!

      Cons

      High expectations and standards, which can be demanding, but ultimately contribute to professional growth. Also, still growing and evolving, so things are being refined-great chance to contribute.
