      Pros

      Quite a relaxed company when it comes to hours. You're judged off of your deliverables and not off how often you wiggle your mouse. The pay is high for Cardiff.

      Cons

      Office attendance is really low, so if you're looking to meet people and socialise you should probably look elsewhere.

      As other recent reviewers have said, I get on within my team

      Also as per other recent reviews, they hit the nail on the head. I don't understand why we continued with a bonus process that wasn't explained properly. Also morale is gone at this point and it's a bit tone deaf to be having conversations about returning to the office
