      strong engineering culture clean and consistent codebase nice people company is doing really well and profitable

      there may be a lack of really difficult engineering problems / lack of scale compensation could be higher at non entry levels

      Opportunities for growth. Cool product. Good pay. Remote first culture.

      Cons

      Stressful. Have to wear a lot of hates. Less coding than I'd like and more project management than I'd like. Layoffs are somewhat common and normalized.
