100% Remote Friendly co_workers, who have amazing work experience who you can learn from. Oportunity to learn different skills as working in start up and limited on resources, so they will involve you on things they have limited resources for.
Cons
Be aware that you will be hired for one thing and rnd up doing something completly different as there is not eneough employees, very much start up culture. CEO does not know what he is doing. Much of the time changes ideas and is too ambitious and trying to run before he can walk, which is ruining the company. Company has no loyalty for it's employees and firing employees with lies. Company has been operating since 2015 and has not broken even as previously stated by CEO in company meeting himself. They keep losing clients and the only money coming in is from investors, be aware of this. They teach you the bare minimum and expect you to come up with new processes to then change everything a month later, because they had a new crazy idea, which they have no budget, no expirence and not eneough employees for. They pay you the bare minimum, do not honour the contract by giving you healthcare all the promised benefits etc... Just do not recommend.
