Positive, stress-free environment. Feel like a family and less like a job. Company operates with a google vibe. Very intuitive and up-to-date. At WealthFit you have a voice. You are not just another employee but you are a valuable part of a team!

None - the company is great!

-There is a ton of emphasis placed on company culture and employee satisfaction, and it shows in the close-knit family that is WealthFit. Company outings are awesome, open-air office space encourages collaboration, and daily check-in's help keep everyone on-track and accountable. -As a person who cares a lot about personal finance, the company's educational products are top notch in the industry and it's awesome that we get to learn alongside the courses. -Work from home days and general flexibility with daily scheduling helps with work-life balance. -Everyone here is incredibly talented and comes from so many different backgrounds, from anthropology to law, and each person brings a unique insight to the company. -Leadership is very driven, thoughtful and open to employee feedback (we were fortunate to recently upgrade to standing desks per employee request)

-Increased PTO would be much appreciated :) -Longer commute since office is in Kailua, but it gives a good chance to catch up on podcasts.
