Pros
I guess the recent negative posters are disgruntled leavers, but their views do not reflect what the majority of employees here think and feel. The company was poorly run previously but over the last few years has been on a positive trajectory with lots of improvements and many more opportunities.
Great entrepreneurial drive, plenty of room to make your mark, exciting sector and amazing client list.
Cons
It’s still a relatively young company (7 or 8 years old) so not everything is perfect yet, but they are trying.

The energy at Wealth-X is amazing, the leadership and co-founders are very smart and create a family and nurturing culture. There is an enormous opportunity to make change and everyone has a voice at all levels in the organization. This is the benefit of working for a young company with active co-founders as leaders and with high level of investment for growth. The brand is well known in the industry and has a leadership position.
Cons
Working in a young company is not for everyone. There is huge value on enthusiasm for the product and people around you. You can't just come to work to do one job, you will wear many hats and be called into various conversations across departments.
