Pros

The customers are really the only good part of this company.

Cons

Women are treated poorly at Wealth Factory and a member of the C-team was heard laughing and saying that women belong in the home and not the workplace. Management plays favorites and treats certain employees like spoiled children. The COO is extremely patronizing and makes snap decisions without any regard for the amount of work it creates for the team. It is particularly frustrating when they don’t understand basic business principles. Management makes insane and reactionary choices that cause the employees to have to compromise their morals and their personal time. They also refuse to offer refunds to customers and trap them into contracts. Executives are checked out from reality and try to control every interaction that happen, right down to the smells in the office. This place is ruled by fear and the company culture is non-existent.

Pros

Great place to work with an awesome company culture. There is team of A players that are very collaborative with all departments. A lot of opportunity to grow professionally and personally. The things I have learned about finances and being an entrepreneur have changed my life.

Cons

Not the best fit for people who are reactive and need constant attention, or if you prefer a slower environment.

Pros

Unless you're desperate for work, I highly recommend staying away from Wealth Factory. The company presents itself as a great opportunity for career growth, but turnover is high for a reason.

Cons

A lot of employees are leaving the company because of how toxic the leadership is. They rule through fear and couldn't care less about employees' well-being, only caring about their demands being met. I was pushed past my limits the entire time I was working here; brutal workloads, long hours, unreasonable demands, and the occasional yelling from leadership were what I had to deal with.
