Working at WeTheHobby has completely redefined what I thought a job could be. The energy here is unmatched — imagine walking into a place every day where people are genuinely excited to be there. Leadership actually listens and invests in both the business and the people. Growth is not only possible but encouraged from day one. The team is passionate, creative, and always pushing boundaries in the sports card and live commerce world. There’s constant innovation happening, and as an employee, you get a front-row seat to the future of this industry. The culture is competitive in the best way — everyone wants to win together. On top of that, the office environment is fun, modern, and buzzing with excitement (especially during live shows!). If you love sports, entertainment, and a fast-paced environment where no two days feel the same — this is the place. I actually look forward to Mondays?!

If you’re looking for a super slow-paced job where you can coast… this isn’t it. The company is growing fast, so things move quickly and priorities shift — but honestly, that’s part of what makes it exciting.

Everything has been beyond my expectations - the team is down to earth and is genuinely supportive. The leadership group is helpful and proactive when it comes to out of towners relocating to Rochester, the mission and vision are easy to get behind, and the total package of pay, work/life balance, and getting to spend time with other good humans often makes me wake up each morning excited.

Hard to keep track of all the growth and changes across the teams and new people coming in. Would benefit from more communication and planning across departments
