There are many to list down....
- There is no US office.... Just one guy sitting there and claims to be headquartered in US!!
- That guy just monitors login and logout time of every employee and ya that's it i suppose
- They speak about market standards which they have no clue about
- They have no idea how the competition is
- They lost many good resources and in a service based company resource is key
- They'll trust pretentious employees and questions genuine ones
- I've seen quite a few situations where they troubled employees during their relieving
- Learning curve is totally flat and horizontal
- Let me clear your misconception on their awards etc. They've earned showcasing a product which apparently never released in the market from past many years and not sure if it will
- For security professionals it should be a kickstart in their career but since they lost many key resources, it's not worth
- For Sales it is apparently pointless as they've never received any incentive and also pay is very less comparatively
- HR? Forget it please
- no fun, no interactive sessions, people don't know anyone from another domain although they sit in same room
- They're very concerned about their former employees talking wrong about company and trouble existing employees for that which never happened
