In response to your assessment, we would like to clarify that our leave policy is divided into two parts - casual leave and sick leave. The 16 days does not include sick days off. Our compensation structure is among the best in India and we consciously chose not to deduct PF. We, thereby, put more money into our employees' hands to allow them to take their own investment decisions. We are a very competitive paymaster. However, we do not intend to be the absolute highest paying company. The market we are addressing, the opportunities we are creating for our teams to build great products and the work environment we have built serve as better motivators for the kind of talent we wish to attract.
