      Pros

      They have good projects for a startup studio and I get to work on multiple things for my portfolio and they pay is not bad.

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers and executives. There was some good senior people for a little while and it looked like things were getting better but then they were all let go and now its not.

      Company culture, projects, interesting to learn about VFX pipelines.

      Cons

      On-and-off layouts over the course of several years, often up to 8 months, low pay for work, no job security, promises for raises/promotions with no follow through.
