Oops wat u r asking benefits..Well i dont want to lie..there are no pros..no benefits given to employees..

okk here we go..there are many to fill up this space. 1. i got selected in this company by following round..First they took apyitude which was horrible..then second round was of technical aptitude which was again cramp in your stomach..i broke both my legs by clearing both the rounds.after that they called for an hr round which was ok where i have been told i will be working on several languages like java,php,javascript.also you will be working on e-learning projects and your position is of "Software Developer" and one more thing i have also been told training will be provided to u for 3 months..For approximately 1month i was working on php javascxript xml html that to on our own no training was provided...Later on they shifted me to work with their so called elearning projects which was pathetic....another issue salary was never on time and they used to make absurd reasons for not paying salary on time...think before joining this coming company..they dont even give experience or relieving letter which they think was a time consuming process...
