Pros
If you want to work in a place where you have the best connection with your supervisor, I highly recommend working at WeCloudData. Rong Li is currently my supervisor and she makes it as like she's both my supervisor AND my friend at work. What that means is, she is friendly and understanding when it matters, and strict and efficient when needed. She always encourages me to push myself harder, gain new skills, correct errors and become more efficient; AS WELL as the fact that she applauds me for my success and hard work! She makes me feel that it is always safe for me to be honest with her and I can HONESTLY say I have never kept anything from her. Thank you Rong and thank you WeCloudData for making it really seem like you are part of a family!
Cons
As a newer company rules and processes tend to change a lot which can get a bit hectic and overwhelming at times but this happens with most companies and WeCloudData is working to make this better everyday!
