they give lunch credit, only $15 however.

Cons

10 hour work day with no overtime. Crazy employee turn around. during my year there I saw over 20 employees come and go. They break many labor laws and treat people poorly. All around toxic place to work. Most the office will speak exclusively mandarin and have poor english.

Company is in a high-growth phase, you get to take real ownership of your projects. Also, you aren't just managing existing systems, you’re often the one building and refining them. Besides, contributions are clearly seen by leadership.

Cons

Because the company is evolving quickly, processes can change overnight. This requires a high level of adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguity as new financial workflows are established.

Webox offers an excellent work environment with a strong team culture. The company genuinely recognizes effort and performance, and there are real opportunities for growth and professional development. Advancement is based on results and alignment with expectations, not just time in the role. The company’s core values are clearly reflected in day to day operations and leadership decisions. Human Resources is highly people focused and makes a consistent effort to support all departments, creating a culture of trust, inclusion, and open communication.

Cons

At this time, I don’t have any major concerns. Webox is growing rapidly, which can naturally bring new challenges, but the company continues to adapt well and stay ahead through a solid and evolving organizational structure.
