Good team but Poor Management - Developer WeAssemble Employee Review

Working as a product manager here has been a very positive experience, with challenging work, continuous learning, and highly supportive leadership creating a strong environment for growth. There is a strong culture of learning, with room to experiment, receive feedback, and iterate on ideas without fear of blame. Access to new responsibilities and cross‑functional exposure accelerates both professional and personal development.

So far, there are no major cons to call out, especially given the growth, support, and quality of work available here.

My experience with the company has been just great. Right from management to colleagues. I got to learn so much from everyone here. The management is very considerate of our problems. Even everyday things like commute, flexible working are given due importance. Great work life balance. I never had a situation where my leaves were rejected. I am never criticised for anything, just constructive feedback. Even compensation is good. Always received my salary on time. Blessed to be a part of this company.
