Great face time with senior management. You can learn a lot and how to handle tricky situations as long as you can be fast on your feet and can work hard. A lot of opportunity to make the role your own.
Cons
Honestly not a long term place to stay in my opinion. Can accomplish a lot but are always seemingly limited by resource. The holistic business strategy can also change in an instant
