Pros

- Team members are great! - Get to work with big clients to pad your resume - Good perks and decent benefits

Cons

- Leadership really doesn't know what they're doing - Pay isn't great - Leadership definitely plays favourites - Will under-deliver on promises during interviews - Will not award opportunities for growth, regardless of performance - Raises will be difficult to come by, and even then the amount will be negligible - Bringing up problems with your workload is a no-no. - They will set unrealistic schedules and deadlines so you will burn out.

Pros

If you want to work for a company that is not content with anything other than the best work for its clients, then WTC is right for you. The company strives to provide a collaborative, positive, and supportive work environment, and safeguards those standards diligently. It also isn't afraid to pivot when it needs to in order to support its core values. I ran my own digital agency for 12 years (and founded a community of thousands of digital studio owners across the world), so I've become familiar with what's genuine and what's not. WTC is unquestionably the former.

Cons

Sometimes the work is fast and furious. Then, other times, not so much. You need to shine during the stressful times, and I've found the workload evens out in the end. But if you're not prepared for handling multiple tasks on multiple projects concurrently, you may sink.

Pros

- Interview process was smooth. I knew what to expect at every stage and communication was very clear. - Salary was fair - For the most part the people were great and made an effort to integrate new hires

Cons

I can only speak for the PM team as other teams may have had a very different experience. - The culture that was talked about during the recruitment process was not reflected on this team - Lots of micromanagement and over involvement from the Director making it impossible to learn and work independently - Misaligned direction from PM leadership made it challenging to understand process - High turnover of PMs Overall my peers and direct manager were lovely but the Director was a challenging person to work with. It was very clear when this person was absent that the team dynamic felt more relaxed, collaborative and productive.
