Great atmosphere - Business Development Coordinator We Level Up Employee Review

I have worked at several different treatment centers and We Level Up definitely cares about their staff and clients. I was welcomed from the day I got here and plan to stay for as long as they’ll let me. This company typically from within and will empower their staff to advance and achieve their full potential.

It’s a fast-paced environment and Lake Worth is a 60-bed facility, I love this aspect of my job but it is worth mentioning that it is a big facility with a lot of clients coming and going and a lot of moving parts. Some people would find this to be a lot.

No pros to mention besides free snacks

Horrible higher up management, horrible amount of demands for clients, high turnover, lots of responsibilities for therapist that should be tech job.
