      Blind optimism in the face of adversity. Learn how not to do things.

      Cons

      Feels like you are working on somebodies pet project. The code base tells its own story of failed initiatives, short term enthusiasm for the latest shiny technology and developer churn. Place high demands on developers who are prone to burnout or leave.

      The distance. I am a part of the team starting the North America branch, so the only downside is the distance.
