Laid back culture and dress code. Non-management people are fairly nice, but cliquey.
Cons
The company's success is predicated on churning out stolen clickbait articles. Every "article" is taken from a competitor and republished as Wazimo's own work. There's no integrity. They'll do anything to make a story more clickable. If a news story took place in China, they'll change the names to sound more Western so it'll get more views. They'll republish the same article 10 times with slightly different titles so they can generate ad revenue.
If you're looking to build a writing portfolio, stay away. The writing that comes out of here isn't worth showing to a future employer
