      < Nice people in general < Great environment, conditions and location < Comfortable working hrs

      > Working alongside the product managers is really hard - as they don't really care if you're up-to-your-neck with your workflow, tasks or other responsibilities. Daily tasks are be thrown at you and you are expected to finish them in ridiculous time limits. > Your workflow as a developer is subjected to both the R&D and the product managers who have many disagreements between them, resulting working overloads, insane multitasking and eventually overall fatigue. > Company is still young - so many big changes occur over short amount of time. > It's better to keep your thoughts / personal feelings to yourself

      Laid back culture and dress code. Non-management people are fairly nice, but cliquey.

      Cons

      The company's success is predicated on churning out stolen clickbait articles. Every "article" is taken from a competitor and republished as Wazimo's own work. There's no integrity. They'll do anything to make a story more clickable. If a news story took place in China, they'll change the names to sound more Western so it'll get more views. They'll republish the same article 10 times with slightly different titles so they can generate ad revenue. If you're looking to build a writing portfolio, stay away. The writing that comes out of here isn't worth showing to a future employer
