      New CEO is awesome and the brand speaks for itself. It has an inspiring mission that is easy to get around.

      Cons

      Too many people who are stuck in the early days of Waze are still around. Their experience is great but the company can’t move forward with ambition and risk if it isn’t open to new ideas
